whats involved?

Typically a full property clean starts from the roof down, depending on the type of property you have we may need to set up a mini tower for the day to conduct the roof clean safely, " we do not stand on your roof tiles", all roof cleaning is conducted from the mini tower or ladder from the gutter level. Depending on your roofs condition we might need to scrape off any built up areas of Moss on your roof. We do this by using a telescopic brush attached to a pole to gently brush down the moss to the gutter, we then would empty the gutters and remove any moss from the site.

Low pressure roof cleaning !

Once we have removed the moss we then get to work with what we call Soft washing, soft washing is the safer alternative form of roof cleaning all conducted on a low pressure system with roof cleaning products to bring your roof back to its former Glory!. The process involves a low pressure rinse once the cleaning products have been left to dwell for a while to gently start to clean all leftover grime from your roof without using high pressure blasting!. 

Once the roof soft washing is complete we then wash down your soffits, fascias, under gutters and windows.

Render / Masonry cleaning!

The next part of your home improvements full property exterior clean is the render, rough cast or masonry work depending on the type of property you might have. Again we use a low pressure system for this task using a special render or brick cleaning product along with a gentle rinse down to complete the process, once complete your home will now really start to come back to life again as your property will now be glowing and will be the stand out home in your street.
